The accession of the Municipality of Murcia to the grant, at'ñitulo pçostumo, the title of favorite son of the town of Yecla Juan Miguel Benedito responds to the merits, qualities and circumstances surrounding him to make him worthy of this distinction, because stressed in his work and dedication to Yecla as Mayor, work for which all residents were beneficiaries.
Benedito died in 2011 at the age of 54.
