In a ceremony held this morning at the Plenary Hall
The Mayor of Murcia, Miguel Angel House, next to the Councillor for Culture, Rafael Gomez, was delivered this morning the distinction of Honorary Cabezudo the lawyer and president of the Brotherhood of Blood, Carlos Valcarcel, in an act that has taken place in the Plenary Hall, who has also had the presence of the Big Fish 2012, Patricio Valverde, and the President of the Association Sardine, Gregorio Gonzalez.
This is the award every year the group made Cabezudos the Burial of the Sardine, chaired by Antonio Murcia.
During his speech, the Mayor of Murcia has highlighted the work of Carlos Valcarcel in its different facets as a Nazarite, and as Cabezudo huertano, group which he founded, along with Antonio Carrillo and Pepe Sanchez Marin.
House also welcomed the work group Cabezudos the Burial of the Sardine, which was founded in 1993 with the intention to promote the fun and entertainment at the Festival of Murcia.
