The voice of IU-Green on the district board of Infante, in Murcia, Jose Daniel Espejo, today denounced the rejection of the PP to a motion for the implementation of a system that encourages citizen participation in neighborhood budgets .

Mirror has said that the attitude of the PP in relation to the IU-Green initiative shows he has "no interest whatsoever in that citizens can make decisions for herself through this system of direct democracy."
