Mayor closing a course on acoustic surveys
Mayor Miguel Angel House, has closed this morning the training course given to members of the local police on acoustic surveys in public places that has developed during this week at City Hall.
The event was attended by the heads of the areas of Environment and Security, Adela Martinez and Nuria Fuentes Cachá, respectively, and the Prosecutor for the Environment and Urban High Court of Justice of the Region of Murcia, Jose Luis Diaz Manzanera .
This initiative has sought to enhance the knowledge from both a technical and legal agents who are responsible for monitoring compliance with existing regulations on noise.
"We want to ensure that everyone can enjoy Murcia, reconciling the right to rest and to leisure," he assured the mayor, who added that "Local police have much to say about it."
Therefore, the acoustic inspections carried out in the city of Murcia in a coordinated manner from areas of environmental protection, licensing and security, along with the Regional Administration and the Office of Environment of the Supreme Court.
