In an emergency exposure, mounted in the Cloister of the Faculty of Law following the death last Sunday of the Italian writer Antonio Tabucchi, author of novels as emblematic as "Pereira", Professor at the University of Murcia Pedro Luis Thief Guevara has collected photographs, newspaper clippings and documents of the three visits to Murcia featuring the letters.
In 1993, on the occasion of a conference organized by Italian culture Ladron de Guevara, at the start of the special relationship with our region Tabucchi.
The writer again visited in 1999 and 2008, when they were held in Cajamurcia also counting on the organization of Ladron de Guevara, a conference titled 'Antonio Tabucchi: reflections of a writer'.
The exhibition, organized by the Cultural Service of the University of Murcia, is a tribute to the creator and a reminder of their passage through our land.
