A man in his 65 years of age died in the fire burnt the house who lived in the street located in the Red Carmen Murcia Espinardo neighborhood.
His wife, a woman of about 60 years, has had to be met by emergency health services and taken to hospital.
The 1-1-2 received, at 12.01 hours, call the fire alerting neighbors of a first floor of a two storey block of that street and that a person was inside.
Firefighters immediately went to the place of service for Fire Fighting and Rescue and Ambulance City of Murcia Murcia Health Service and Red Cross.
The medics could do nothing to save the life of the man who was trapped inside the house, and he was burned and was already dead when they arrived.
The woman had to be attended by a strong "shock" nervous and taken to hospital "Virgen de la Arrixaca" of Murcia for smoke inhalation.
