The Mayor takes part in the cultural program to celebrate this school, this time dedicated to the environment
What individuals can do to enjoy a cleaner and more sustainable city, which material is most advisable to wrap sandwiches (paper or aluminum), how is it possible to reduce energy consumption or what are the measures implemented by the City to the homes more environmentally friendly.
These questions and many others have attracted the interest of students in the school Santa Maria de la Paz Jesuitinas, who this morning held a conference with the Mayor, Miguel Angel House, part of the events organized on the occasion of the Cultural Week.
The event, dedicated this year to the environment and sustainability, has also had a visit from the Councillor for Education, Lola Sanchez, who also attended the talk, for about an hour, has kept house with students 5 and 6 of the school that currently has 1,283 students in their classrooms.
Previously the Mayor, accompanied by the school principal, Antonio Grau, has toured the exhibition with work by students in relation to the environment.
