The Municipal Urbanizadora held today its Board of Directors chaired by the Mayor of Murcia
The Board of Urbamusa, the Muncipal Urbanizadora, chaired by the Mayor of Murcia, Miguel Ángel Cámara, met this morning to approve the 2012 budget, and take stock of the projects last year.
Urbamusa expected this year about running costs of EUR 11,968,000 and revenues of EUR 12,181,000, thus filling the payment.
The main projects for 2012 include the development and award of works of general and road communications infrastructure in the municipality as a continuation of the second phase of the works of the North Coast and South Coast, according to the collaboration agreement between the City and the Ministry of Public Works and Planning for Implementation of the Protocol to improve road communications of the Municipality of Murcia.
In addition, management will continue to provide cooperative housing scheme as officially protected as free.
Will start promoting the development of 23 homes, and 42 local garages, under free housing at prices subsidized housing in Bacons Bridge.
Urbamusa continue to work with the city of Murcia to optimize the execution of infrastructure works and equipment urban activities, will take additional action in managing urban residential and industrial, will be completed by the various projects underway, mainly industrial, and will continue the rehabilitation of landmark buildings in the municipality.
During the year 2011 has made 4 Urbamusa planning projects, 17 projects 24 projects management and urbanization, among other civil and infrastructure, among which are several sections of the Coastal North and South.
Also, results from the project implementation and Safety and Health study of 23 houses in Bacons Bridge, follow up the works of 24 houses for resettled in the CR6-5 and relocated 14 homes for the CR6-7.
During the past year completed construction of soccer facilities 7 and paddle in El Palmar, the Municipal Social Center Dry Corner, Center City District Social Progress, Guadalupe Social Center Municipal, Municipal Youth Center in El Palmar , Community Center Lobosillo, changing in Llano de Bruges, The Social Centre Azacaya, Social Rehabilitation Center in El Palmar and rehabilitation of the Municipal Center Multifunctional García Alix, all financed by the State Fund for Employment and Local Sustainability.
In addition, we have completed the works of a building with 14 homes relocated to the UA CR5 3 of Murcia and has drafted the Basic Project and Execution of rehabilitation of the old Clock House Bacons Bridge which is currently under construction, and which will go to Bethlehem House.
Was also completed rehabilitation works in the neighborhood of Los Almendros in La Alberca (160 homes).
