The Campus Mare Nostrum, the project of excellence at the University of Murcia and Cartagena Polytechnic, has organized for Tuesday, March 20, a day to deal with administrative aspects of the agricultural use of groundwater in semi-arid climates changing.
The meeting, organized in collaboration with the European University Institute in Florence, is aimed at undergraduates, Masters and PhD and is part of the Mare Nostrum Campus activities towards the contribution of universities to make better use of water resources in the Mediterranean.
Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Murcia Santiago Alvarez Manuel Carreno is the director of the day, which will have a morning session from 9:00 to 14:00 and an afternoon, from 16:00 to 20: 30 hours.
The conference, to be held in the hall of degrees of the Faculty of Law, Merced campus will be inaugurated by the Vice Chancellor for Research and Internationalization of the University of Murcia, Gaspar Ros, and closed at 20:00 pm by Rector José Antonio Cobacho.
