The City Council will sign a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Finance to incorporate the service of the corporate offices of citizen services
The Governing Board of the City of Murcia has given the green light this morning to the agreement with the Ministry of Economy and Finance to start the service from the corporate offices of Citizen Services, whose main objective administration closer to citizens, eliminating at the same time, travel to different administrative units.
This service provides citizens the convenience of being able to present at the same point letters sent to the regional administration, central and other local governments, other municipalities, and autonomous.
Topics such as large family card, oppositions, hunting and fishing licenses, etc..
are some of the 400 steps that can be performed.
The agreement with the Regional Single Window of the Autonomous Region of Murcia, or as it is known today: the Corporate Office of Citizen Service, has operated since 1997, which was signed the first agreement.
To date, the service has been providing uninterrupted both in the 58 offices Pedanías, as in District 8 with the same staff serving these offices.
Not forgetting the major focus in Plaza Apostles.
The recent partnership agreement is effective until next year 2016.
