"Use of CO2 at high pressure in food technology" is the theme of the conference will be offered tomorrow, Friday, March 9, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Murcia.
The conference will be taught by Maria Lourdes Garrido Calvo, Professor of Chemical Engineering at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
Industrial applications of high pressure CO2 is an emerging technology with great potential for conservation and extractive processes in the food industry.
It will be at 16:00 am in the classroom Lasaosa of that Faculty, Espinardo campus.
