The training is aimed at young people between 16 and 25 years and all those of working age
The Governing Board of the City of Murcia has given the green light this morning to the contract specifications for two training courses (hairdressing and design and manufacture) to carry out in the neighborhood of the Holy Spirit Espinardo within the URBAN project .
The dressmaker and hairdresser courses are part of measures to improve the economic environment, which are aimed at improving professional training and development of cultural and creative industries to increase employment resources and stimulate economic activity.
The courses provide basic occupational training both professions as well as applications in the cultural and artistic links: theater, dance, TV, fashion, ...
The courses in hairdressing, the beneficiaries will be a group of 15 people, aged between 16 and 25, preferably residing in the area of ​​action and possess enough basic knowledge to monitor the training.
The course is 350 hours of theoretical and practical training, and content focus on hair care, cutting techniques, color and styling.
The course will be held at the Center for Training and Employment Initiatives of the FICA
In addition, the course aims to tailor a group of 15 people of working age who reside mainly in the area of ​​action and possess enough basic knowledge to monitor the training.
The duration of the training is 400 hours of theoretical and practical training and the contents include design and pattern, hand sewing and machine sewing and pressing techniques.
The course will be held in Murcia Social Services Center North, located in Espinardo
The URBAN project being carried out by the Municipality of Murcia in the neighborhood of the Holy Spirit Espinardo is an initiative's primary goal is the regeneration of the district, approved by the Directorate General of Community Funds of the Ministry of Finance under Urban Initiative.
The project is funded by the city of Murcia (30%) and the European Regional Development Fund-ERDF (70%) which aims to promote social cohesion.
