The University of Murcia has organized a conference on the humanitarian crisis in Darfur and to be held tomorrow, day 8, at the Faculty of Law, organized by the International Law Professor Cesareo Gutierrez Espada.
The conference, which will be offered at 13:15 pm, will be in charge of the National Court prosecutor and advisor to the International Criminal Court Dolores Delgado.
In the afternoon a panel discussion, from 16:30 pm, with the intervention of Professor Eugenia Lopez-Jacoíste, University of Navarra, and Jorge and Maria Jose cervell Legs, University of Murcia, who analyze the main issues that shaped the conflict in Darfur.
At 19:00 will be discussed humanitarian intervention and the need to protect, by Romualdo Bermejo, professor at the University of León, while the closing conference will be under the director of the Center for the Study of International Humanitarian Law of the Cross Red, José Luis Rodríguez-Villasante.
