President of the High Court of Justice of Castilla La Mancha has lectured in the UCAM on Justice and values

This forceful shown the president of the High Court of Justice of Castilla La Mancha, Vicente Rodriguez Rouco, during the talk he has given this morning in the UCAM occasion of the celebration of the Feast of the Patron of law, Raymond of Peñafort.
Notably, the Judge, who has lectured on Justice and values, has been accompanied by the President of the High Court of Justice of the Region of Murcia, Juan Martínez Moya, and on the Dean's Degree in Law, Francisco de la Torre.
Vicente Rouco has focused his talk on the judicial vocation and defined Justice as an organization that serves a set of rules or principles and applying laws.
"Laws do not judges, but are made by Parliament, and sometimes it is difficult to convey to society, as this has a sense of distrust and discredit, caused by certain types of cases," Judge has qualified, and added that "I think overall you have to convey to society a message of confidence in justice, because the society in which we live is a society governed by laws and regulations and can not become a jungle where any response justice is to become a vengeance. "
Similarly, in reference to the Laws, President of the High Court of Justice of Castilla La Mancha has claimed that these have imperfections.
"What we sought here is to correct these imperfections, to modulate, even if possible, to modify laws that fail," he highlighted.
