The politician has spoken today at the inaugural conference UCAM Day ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolutions) focused on alternative dispute resolution
"Arbitration can resolve conflicts between two people in a fair, cheap, fast and effective. The judicial process is much slower", as declared this afternoon in the Auditorium of the Universidad Católica San Antonio (UCAM) the Secretary General of the Government Delegation in Murcia, Jose Gabriel Ruiz, who has ruled the conference `Arbitration consumption: an experience that is standard for the promotion of ADRs in the context of the Day ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolutionns) organized by the Degree in Law, School of Legal Practice and the Office of the Ombudsman University of UCAM, with the College of Procurators of Murcia and Cartagena Chamber of Commerce.
Note the presentation in the framework of the Conference of the book `The ADR alternative dispute resolution ', born from a joint research project between the UCAM and the Pontifical Catholic University of Sao Paulo (Brazil) directed and co-written by Dean Bachelor's Degree in Law from the Catholic University, Francisco de la Torre, along with professors from the Universidad Católica San Antonio, together with national and international jurists, and coordinated by teachers of the UCAM, Pilar Conde and Mary Mendez Rocasolano.
La Jornada has also included a panel discussion focused on `The alternative dispute resolution to debate: the opportunity and need in the relationship and effectiveness of justice ', by the Deputy Secretary of the Chamber of Commerce of Cartagena, Jose Carlos Ros, the Dean of the College of Procurators of Murcia, Jose Miguel Hurtado, the mediation expert and member of the Judicial Totana, Josefa Garcia and Director of Quality and the University Ombudsman UCAM, Manuel Carlos Ruiz.
Francisco de la Torre, explained that the ADR Day, reflects the commitment of the UCAM with specialist training in dialogue and conflict mediation, able to find satisfactory solutions without resorting to the courts.
"New legislation promoted initiatives such as the ADR movement, which seeks to effectively address the slowness of the administration, and contribute effectively to reducing costs," he assured.
