The list of awards is completed by the Hope Award by the Institute for Visual Media Iranian distinguishes the feature film or documentary that best present the concept of hope through his story and images.
The festival includes parallel activities of dance, music, flamenco workshops and poetry readings.

Kiarostami Workshop and International Symposium on Ibn Arabi
Iranian director Abbas Kiarostami, guest of honor at the festival this year, will give a workshop on 28 February to 8 March.

Mayte Martin and the National Dance Company of Turkey in Teatro Circo Murcia
The IBAFF 2012 also offers the opportunity to enjoy the performance of the National Dance Company of Turkey, led by Beyhan Murphy, on March 10.
