The Socialist Group today presented to the Plenary the following motions and petitions:
SITE OF SAN ESTEBAN MOTION
Councilwoman Andrea has presented plenary Garries an initiative asking the City Council and the State requesting CARM 1 percent for the recovery of cultural site of St. Stephen.

The PP has rejected this motion.
MOTION RENEWABLE ENERGY
Councilman John Patrick Castro presented an initiative asking the local government that claims to National Government to proceed with a reorganization of the Spanish electricity system that benefits the majority of citizens of the municipality, the region and Spain.
He has also requested the Government to urge the Chamber to submit Valcarcel a constitutional complaint to the Royal Decree of 27 January Ley1/2012 that punishment is a clear clean energy sector.
The PP has voted against this motion.
IMPROVING THE MOTION Pedanía Albatalía
Jose Zapata The mayor has asked the local government to adopt a series of measures to improve the quality of life for residents of this hamlet, among which are to be provided to staff and operate the medical office of the Albatalía, that the City Council proceed with the conservation and maintenance of the mill of love, abandoned to their fate, and the works are completed to extend the road from La Ñora to solve a problem that has lasted for a year when work on the new road and sidewalks were paralyzed.

INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY SUPPORT MOTION
The last of the motions filed today defended the mayor Susana Hernandez proposed to the PP that is committed to adopting measures for the labor and social integration of people with intellectual disabilities.
These include the requirement that the City Council set aside a percentage of the amount of public procurement to social institutions, specifically special employment centers, where 70% of workers are disabled.
This initiative was also rejected.
In addition to the motions, the Socialist Group has submitted to full the following pleas:
Councilman Jose Zapata has requested through a request to allocate a budget of local police in the districts to prevent theft taking place in homes and are raising alarm neighborhood, and to regulate the time at which shuts down the lighting.
