To mark this anniversary, on Thursday, February 23, will be held in the auditorium of the University of Murcia a tribute act that will feature one of the survivors: Alejandro Ruiz-Huerta, now a university professor and president of Foundation attorneys Atocha.
The event will start at 18'30 hours, and includes not only the action of Ruiz-Huerta, a discussion and screening of "seven days of January," Juan Antonio Bardem, which are narrated the facts.
Ruiz-Huerta, author of "The uncomfortable memory: Atocha lawyers 1977-2002" wrote: [...] "Democracy can not be constructed without knowing the human, emotional and vital, has been to the point that we can be today, without remembering how terribly hard it was to build democracy. "
The event is organized by the Federation of Teaching CCOO CCOO Union Regional and Section CCOO union at the University of Murcia.
