San Antonio Catholic University of Murcia (UCAM), and the Ministry of Education and Culture of Paraguay have signed a cooperation agreement in order to carry out a strategic alliance in the scientific, technical, academic and cultural specialists preparing teaching university offering academic excellence in undergraduate and postgraduate courses that are taught in Paraguay.
The agreement was signed by the president of the UCAM, Jose Luis Mendoza, and by the Minister of Education and Culture of Paraguay Victor Ojeda Rios.
The Ministry of Education and Culture of Paraguay is committed to the agreement to support academic initiatives, technical, scientific and cultural proposed by the Catholic University of Murcia, which help to consolidate the processes of transformation for improved quality and higher educational excellence in the country.
Meanwhile, the main objective UCAM develop academic and social initiatives, working in teacher training, and conducting academic programs in the field of social sciences and other areas of common interest.
Other agreements
Notably, the Catholic University of Murcia also has signed agreements with the Autonomous University of Asuncion Catholic.
Meanwhile, the Vice Chancellor of University Extension of the UCAM, Antonio Alcaraz, who was present during the signing of agreements in Paraguay, has said that these "make it possible for the next academic year to teach courses UCAM postgraduate and specialization both these universities and in different centers of the Church in Paraguay. "
