Councilmember Equality Policy and Development Cooperation, Alicia Barquero, presided over the meeting this morning of the Office of Accessibility, composed of representatives of ONCE, Aspanpal, Feaps and Famdif.
This is a working meeting to discuss the improvement of accessibility in public spaces, both inside and outside.
In addition, Alicia Barquero explained that the intent of the Accessibility Office is drafting a protocol for the collection of patterns to be applied to buildings, streets, etc..
to be accessible for all types of disabilities.
Likewise, work on the development of an evaluation questionnaire for new works, both external and internal, which meets the major accessibility features that should have buildings.
These questionnaires allow faster reporting purposes and will be made for each area (sports, environment, health, traffic, etc).
