The University of Murcia held tomorrow, Thursday, Feb. 16, a panel discussion on protection of cultural and artistic heritage and development in Turkey and the importance of the modern Turkish language.
The conference will participate as speakers Fuensanta Jesus Gil, director of the Spanish Archaeological Mission in Turkey, Fetullah Icyer, a researcher at the University of Duisburbo-Essen, and Temirkhon Temirzoda Naziri, program director of the Spanish-Turkish.
The panel will be moderated by professors at the University of Murcia Rafael Gonzalez and Gonzalo Fernandez Seiquer Matilla.
After the ceremony will be a concert of instrumental music by Hamza Castro and a tea tasting sweet and Turks.
The activity will take place, starting at 18:00 pm in the Conference Hall of the Faculty of Arts, which has also hosted a photo exhibition on the Ottoman country.
