Basketball, Handball, Soccer, football, soccer 7, Rugby 7 and volleyball will be competing modalities in the 21, 22 and 23 February the three universities of the Region XI Regional Championship in the University Sports (CADU).

The University Sports Regional Championship is the preliminary University Championships in Spain in team sports each year organizes the Sports Council.

The winners of each category will represent the Region of Murcia in the Interzonal stage and will reach the Inter-University Championship in Spain.

Following a custom initiated in 2008-2009, to celebrate each new edition of the regional phase of university sport in a different municipality in the Region of Murcia, thus to promote the sport at all points of the Autonomous Region in this time the meetings will be held in the municipality of Lorquí, under the secretariat of the University of Murcia.

On February 21 the teams will face the San Antonio Catholic University and University of Murcia, and 22 will make the Polytechnic University of Cartagena and Murcia, while the last day will turn to the confrontation between UPCT and UCAM.

The meetings, except for a rugby-7, which was held at the athletics stadium "Monte Romero" de Murcia, will be held in Room School College Lorquí Jesus Garcia Garcia and Municipal Sports Pavilion Juan de la Cierva of the same town.

Among the events organized around the celebration there will be a championship game Futsal Football 7 female and male between the University of Murcia and Roman Garcia Lorquí IES.
