The theaters of the city will have in the coming months with a special technical assistance, editing, sound, lighting, electricity, audiovisual, unloading and reloading, opening and closing of the theaters, box office, staff room and other duties necessary for operation, performance and maintenance of Romea, the Teatro Circo Bernal and Murcia.
The activity will take place on schedule, hours of opening and closing and maintenance needs of the theaters.
The Governing Board of the City of Murcia has given the green light this week with the specification that, inter alia, meets the following conditions:
- The winning company will provide the necessary staff and technically appropriate to the needs required for each theater.
In the case of Romea Theatre and Teatro Circo Murcia staff the company will be hiring for editing, sound, lighting, electricity, audiovisual, unloading and reloading, opening and closing, box office, staff room and other tasks, for Theatre Bernal, staff will be hired for assistance to the box office and staff room.
- The company awarded the service must also comply with all conditions of safety and occupational risks required of each theater, as well as provide the necessary clothing and equipment they need.
The number of people hired for the development of different tasks and tasks of the theater depends on the needs of each space, so the contractor will have to provide the necessary personnel at all times.
The maximum price for the hiring of that service is 539,199.99 euros for one year from the execution of it.
