Professor of Comparative Literature and Literary Theory at the University of Murcia, Jose Maria Pozuelo Yvancos, is the director of "literary ideas. 1214-2010," a new volume of "History of Spanish Literature", which is publishing the editorial review.
The work will be presented on Monday 13 February at the Conference Hall of the Faculty of Letters at a ceremony in which, with the director of the play, speeches by Dean of the University of Murcia, Jose Antonio Cobacho, the Vice Chancellor of University Extension Farias and eGovernment Mercedes Batlle, the director from the Department of Spanish Literature, Literary Theory and Comparative Literature Francisco Vicente, and the Director of the Humanities Classroom Vicente Cervera.
The book covers the formation of literary theory and criticism in what constitutes a review of the eight centuries of Spanish literature from its origins to today.
The evolution of literary ideas or changes in the tastes of the readers are central issues of this publication, well defined by the coordinator: "This volume, unique in the publishing scene and research developed in Spain in the last hundred years, offers the reader the opportunity to attend a unified way to what has been the Spanish reflection over eight centuries. "
