The Spanish Armed Forces and the Security Forces of the State participate in the activities provided by the Department of Equality Policies and Development Cooperation with the installation of a military camp on the Malecon to all citizens to know the international missions made by these institutions.

The Department of Development Cooperation of the Municipality of Murcia works with NGOs in the municipality projects conducted in developing countries, mainly from Central America, South America, Africa and parts of South and East Asia.
In many of these geographic areas also develop the Spanish Armed Forces and Security Forces of the State its international missions, so that the military camp to be installed on the Malecon show the work of these institutions in poorer countries.
The City Council has invited schools in the municipality to participate in this experience and is expected to more than 1,000 students in the municipality to move to the Malecon to see the work in international missions.
Participate in the camp:
-The Army through the Third Parachute Flag 'Ortiz de Zarate', located in New Javalí and bring a variety of materials such as helmets, backpacks, tents, rations of foresight, and uniforms used in missions.

-The Civil Guard will be present across different units belonging to the 5th Area.
