Journals of the University of Murcia "Journal of Tourism", "International Journal of Español Studies" and "Journal of Educational Research" has received the Seal of Quality FECYT, which recognizes editorial excellence and research Spanish scientific journals.

Cited publications exceeded the evaluation process in 2011 call for scientific and editorial quality of the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT), which is considered the system of evaluation of scientific journals of the country demanding.

The University of Murcia, with three, is the second institution, and first among the universities with the largest number of scientific journals that passed the last assessment.

In the two previous editions of the call, the magazine of the University "Agricultural History" and "Annals of Psychology" also earned the seal.

This award is given for a period of three years.
