The seat of the Rector of the University of Murcia has welcomed today the presentation of the collection of guides to prepare for entrance examinations to the institution for both high school and vocational training, and for those over 25 and 45 years and over 40 evidencing or professional work experience.

So far, the collection, published by the Publications Service of the University (Editum), consists of the Guide for Physical exams, which is the author Professor Antonio Guirao, the Guide for Applied Mathematics tests to Social Sciences of the teachers Maria Victoria Caballero and Maria del Mar Sanchez and Analysis Guide and Spanish language text of Professor Ramon Almela.

The guides contain exercises done in previous years exams (most made in Murcia, but also from other regions) and, according to the authors, not textbook comprehensively develop the theory of agenda, but rather a support for students who have to face the entrance examinations.

In this regard, Professor Guirao said the manual for Physics has had the effect of "calm" secondary pupils, with the guidance and know-how in terms of format, length and type of questions and an entrance examination to college.

Responsible for the guidance of Mathematics noted that in addition to collect issues raised in previous years-is also useful to collect all the scattered information about the tests.

For his part, Professor Ramon Almela spoke of his experience with Spanish-speaking guide, who was the first to be published and is currently the fourth edition.

Guides are available at all libraries at cost-an average of 6 euros, said the director of Editum, Conrado Navalón, who announced that there are provided three other subjects.

The rector, José Antonio Cobacho said that the University fulfills its public service and responds to the desire to hear from citizens.

Finally, the rector of Coordination and Communication, María Ángeles Esteban, said that the guidelines are addressed especially to access over 25 and 45.
