Training activities are performed in 24-walas cultural centers of the municipality, in the mornings and afternoons
Murcia City Council through the Department of Employment, Trade and Enterprise, led by José María Tortosa, and in collaboration with the Department of Culture, directed by Rafael Gomez, launches a new initiative to improve the employability of the unemployed in the municipality and promote corporate culture.
Employment Agents and Local Development will develop during the first half of 2012 a training actions through highly practical workshops two hours to be held in 24 districts of the municipality from January to June, the classrooms using walas cultural centers morning and afternoon.
The circumstances of the labor market and the introduction of new technologies cause job seekers need to know the different tools and resources they put at our disposal in order to optimize the chances of access to that market.
Also it is essential to foster an entrepreneurial culture to introduce participants to the characteristics of self-employment, motivating and training the entrepreneurs that have arisen to develop their business idea.
Also receive information on issues related to legal forms and legal procedures to set up business as well as how to access funds and grants available.
Employment Agents and Local Development of the City of Murcia have as main objective the promotion of activities and projects for sustainable socioeconomic development of the municipality of Murcia, as well as the use of own resources in support of business initiatives and for self-employment generated in Murcia.
The officers have been carrying out measures of information and advice on employment from November 2010 throughout the municipality.
Among its features is the attention of entrepreneurs as they arise and the promotion of enterprise culture for the establishment of new entrepreneurs.
The workshop was conducted from January to June in the following districts:
- January: Churra, James and Zaraiche, Sucina and Lobosillo.
- February: The Esparragal, El Raal, Jerome and Avileses and Los Martínez del Puerto.
- March: Javalí New Javalí Viejo, Sangonera la Seca and St. Angelo.
- April: San Ginés, Noduermas, Torreagüera and Monteagudo.
- May: Puebla de Soto, La Raya, Pain and Zeneta.
-June: The Albatalía, Llano de Bruges, Gea y Truyols and Glens in San Pedro.
