The Municipal Progress and Democracy Union in the city of Murcia regrets the recent demolition of the Big House Stables, a tower house of the eighteenth century included in the list of protected buildings of the City, and a coat of arms had declared a Cultural Interest (BIC).
For the group's spokesman, Ruben Serna, this "is not isolated act" because, "unfortunately, have become routine, as demonstrated in the demolition of other assets and liabilities as the Mansion Ponce Oliver's Mill, and different hydraulic structures in the garden. "
Serna also took the opportunity to denounce the state of enclaves as the Castle of Monteagudo, Larache or Castillejo.
UPyD reported this week that major municipal problems are unemployment, economic stagnation and commercial failure of the tourism model, the destruction of the Garden and its activities and the deterioration of artistic heritage.
The Municipal Group considers these problems a direct result of mismanagement national, regional and municipal levels of the major parties.
