Drawing manga, skateboarding, fashion, performing monologues and Japanese sumi-e painting are some of the proposals
Over 14,500 young people between 12 and 30 years may participate in the 50 different activities proposed by the program 'Networks for free time "until June.
Networks offers a variety of activities, mostly free, to enrich the leisure of young people during the weekend.
The workshops are designed taking into account the preferences of young people, to encourage participation, which are accessible to all and to develop both the city and villages.
During the first half of Networks will be workshops on youth spaces 585M2 (Barrio de Santa María de Gracia), La Nave (Bacons Bridge), the sports Joseph Barnes, the IES Alfonso X, El Carmen, Ramón y Cajal, Floridablanca, Monte Miravete, Mariano Baquero and outdoor activities.
Networks program began last weekend and runs until June 17 for 16 weekends.
Among the novelties of this semester desatacan:
- Manga Drawing Workshop at the IES El Carmen.
- Skateboard workshop for beginners in sports Joseph Barnes.
- Fashion Workshop in 585M2.
- Cooking workshop and sweets Murcia Murcia, in the Santa Cruz Peña Huertanica to the upright.
- Workshop on Japanese Sumi-e painting in the Youth Space 585M2.
- Workshop on beads (bracelets, earrings and key chains), the Youth Space 585M2.
- Workshop production of percussion instruments from recycled materials in the Youth Space 585M2.
- Workshop performing monologues in the Youth Space 585M2.
To improve the training of young people in the field of new technologies will offer courses of treatment of digital photography, web design and internet social networking.

In 2011 24,500 young people participated in networks with an average attendance of 910 young people each weekend.
There were more than 1,500 activities.
