The manager of Nutrition and Health Gallina Blanca Star, Alicia Gonzalez, gave the inaugural lecture
The Catholic University San Antonio (UCAM), inaugurated this afternoon the 'Days of market economy and innovation in Food 2012', which will host, along the years, various conferences related to research in food.
Responsible for delivering the inaugural conference has been the manager of nutrition and health of the company Gallina Blanca Star, Alicia Gonzalez, who has lectured on optimal nutrition from the daily diet.
During the ceremony also involved the deputy director of the Institute for the Promotion of the Region of Murcia (INFO), Antonio Martinez, the director of the Institute of Food Innovation UCAM and the conference coordinator, Javier Moran, and the Vice President for Research Estrella Nunez.
The series, organized by the company's technological base UCAM, San Antonio Technologies, in collaboration with the Instituto de Fomento de la Region de Murcia (INFO) offers an intensive program of specialized conferences, run by executives and experts from leading companies and agencies of the food sector, aimed at promoting R + D + i high level in Nutrition and Food Technology, knowledge transfer and the establishment of synergies and cooperation between the lines and the business world UCAM.
75 years researching
Alicia Gonzalez began his presentation by reviewing the innovative path Gallina Blanca, who turns 75 this 2012.
Similarly, the manager stressed the innovative nature of the company since its inception and has stressed its commitment to nutrition and health of its consumers.
"We offer our customers products of the daily diet such as soup, soups, tomato sauces, ect. Therefore we do is investigate how these products can be healthier, research for the health of our consumers" , has said Alicia Gonzalez, who has also added the consumer what they are looking at the current market is good nutrition.
