Foreign Institutions Councilman Joaquin Moya-angels, met this morning with the Ombudsman, José Pablo Ruiz Abellan, to take stock of the files that were processed together since last year 2011, particularly since the Mayor of Murcia, Miguel Ángel Cámara, transferred these responsibilities to the Department of Institutional Relations.

The intent of these two institutions to coordinate their work so they can speed up response times to complaints from citizens.
After the meeting, Ruiz Abellan has highlighted the high degree of acceptance of its resolutions by this administration under its supervision, more than 96% of the recommendations, while the remainder has yet to answer or have not been accepted justification, as determined by the law of the Ombudsman.
Cooperation should be noted that the City of Murcia has been paid at all times the performance of the Ombudsman's work, both in their research, when reports have claimed subject matter of the complaint, and the acceptance of Most of the recommendations.
