The chef of the restaurant "El Olivar" of Moratalla, Firo Vázquez, presented tomorrow, day 24 in the X International Food Summit Madrid Fusion 2012, the result of his collaboration with researchers in Science and Food Technology, University of Murcia .
Researchers and the restaurant have worked on developing new concepts that allow flour to classic recipes such as potato omelette cake.
This work has been the subject of patent application by the University of Murcia and "Oliver."
The presentation will take place on Tuesday, January 24, at 17:15, at the Palacio Municipal de Congresos (Campo de las Naciones in Madrid).
