The IU-Green spokesman in the municipality of Murcia, Herguedas Esther, now considered "very serious" proposal by the Councillor for Economy and Finance, Isabel Martinez, to offset rising Real Property Tax (IBI).
According Herguedas, this measure includes the municipal tax reduction "affecting a few people" like the killing of animals, civil weddings and other indeterminate.
"At no time posed the council tax relief for those who suffer most IBI rise, especially to owners of land classified as developable property tax paid by special rural land."
Has opted for income from property tax increase intended to offset this increase in needy families, and pointed out that the ordinances of fees for 2012 are already approved and any changes must be passed by the House.
