The PSOE mayor Juan Patricio Castro asks what will make the Government House with the 11.5 million that about going to enter the city of Murcia after the rise of Property Tax (IBI) Rajoy approved by a 10%, failing to clear his campaign pledge not to raise taxes, and on which Castro asks whether reduced local autonomy enshrined in the Spanish Constitution.
"The political groups that form the Municipal Corporation should just sit down and discuss what would be the best destination for these extra 11.5 million euros," says Castro.
Debt and suppliers
In this sense, the Socialist councilor committed to a reduction in debt of the City Council, namely to reduce the loan intends to ask the Consistory in 2012 from 10 to 5 million euros, for down the debt with suppliers that, at 30 September 2011, reaching 101 million euros in arrears so outrageous exceeding the deadline.

For this, the PSOE mayor argues that the guarantee of the six amendments that the Socialist Group introduced the 2012 municipal budget:
Creating a program of transformation and creation of new jobs in SMEs in the municipality with an amount of 2 million euros.
It is giving direct support to entrepreneurs who become a temporary worker in indefinitely or make new hires fixed.
These grants would be 2,500 (for workers in general) to 3,000 (for those under 30 years).
Could benefit between 666 and 800 citizens.
Creating a fund to the transformation of small businesses in the city to make it more competitive with a budget of 500,000 euros.
The same allocation of 500,000 euros for another fund to the transformation of SMEs, including hotel and catering business.
Increase the investment planned in the streets of supplies in the county with 500,000.
Increase 374,359 euros dedicated to the competition starting business projects of the City of Murcia in 2012.
Increase by 2.5 million euros to be allocated to productive investment in neighborhoods and districts.
