The University of Murcia has organized 13 and January 14 a conference in which new technologies will be discussed as a means of popular science.
During these two days, in the hall of degrees of the Faculty of Law (campus of Mercy), researchers from different fields will present in accessible language science news topics, while journalists will discuss their experiences when communicating science.
Blogs, as new communication tools, are prominent on the agenda of the conference, which addressed how to do it, its scientific rigor and the role they can play in science education.
The meeting, co-organized by the Academy of Sciences of the Murcia Region, will be inaugurated tomorrow, Friday, January 13th at 16:00 hours by the Vice Chancellor for Research Excellence and Campus, Juan María Vázquez.
