The Governing Council has approved a framework agreement between the Ministry of the Presidency and the Polytechnic University of Cartagena to implement joint actions to encourage youth participation in social processes.
This action, which does not involve financial commitments, will serve to promote and college student participation in social, economic, cultural and political, through youth information and training in the field of informal education.
To this end, developed the program 'Youth Correspondents' Youth Information Point University, summer courses at the Polytechnic University of Cartagena and a comprehensive training plan for the Presidential.
The training activities and the management and dissemination of information are the main values ​​to stimulate and increase the involvement of young people in society to adapt to reality.
