The School of Computing held a solidarity campaign for the collection of video games and consoles (23/12/2011)

The Faculty of Informatics, University of Murcia has organized a campaign to collect used games consoles and on the occasion of this holiday season in collaboration with the NGO Juegaterapia.

The collection will take place in the Conciergerie of the Faculty of Computer Science until next January 20, 2012, and consoles can deliver both fixed and mobile, plus games for these consoles.

All material is collected in this campaign will be delivered to the NGO Juegaterapia, which is responsible for distribution by the Children's Oncology areas of different hospitals in Spain.

The theme of this NGO is "playing chemo flies by."

Optionally, you can attach a label given consoles indicating the name, address, email and phone to children receiving consoles may contact to give their thanks.

This campaign is framed within a cooperation agreement signed between the University of Murcia and the NGO Juegaterapia.
