The Vice President for University Extension has conducted Christmas activity today Solidarity
More than 500 students and volunteers from the San Antonio Catholic University of Murcia (UCAM) have made this morning an intense journey through different streets, plazas, hospitals, and charities of Murcia to congratulate Christmas under the Christmas Seminar sponsored by Solidarity Vice Chancellor of University Extension.
The activity coordinator and head of the vice-chancellor, Antonio Alcaraz, explains that "this initiative aims to bring all citizens and disadvantaged people."
The Vice Chancellor of University Extension and director of the International Charity and Volunteer John Paul II, Antonio Alcaraz, stands out among the places visited by students Hospitals Virgen de la Vega, Morales Meseguer, Reina Sofia and San Carlos, the Penitentiary Sangonera La Verde, government agencies like the Department of Policy and Equality, Technical Architects College of the Official College of Physicians, and various schools rooted in the Christian faith.
Students also have moved to the Episcopal Palace where they held an emotional meeting with the Bishop of Cartagena, Monsignor Jose Manuel Lorca Planes, who congratulated the holiday season, visited the Diocese of Bethlehem, Christmas carols have shared with seminarians and have passed joy, love and support to many needy people in many parishes of the city.
