A painting by artist Peter White Cano, has been selected this year to serve as an illustration at this year's Christmas card with which the Rector of the University of Murcia congratulates Christmas.
The artist, Doctor Honoris Causa by the University of Murcia in 2005, now exposed in the Rector of this center (building Convalescence).
The exhibition, entitled "Three spaces, an artist," is organized by the University of Murcia, Cartagena and Polytechnic Pedro Cano Foundation and Project falls within the Mare Nostrum Campus Live 37/38 - Esit / Culture.
On the other hand, the phrase that accompanies the painting that refers to artistic creation, belongs to the Argentine writer Ernesto Sabato, who died recently.
The writer of "The Tunnel", which is fulfilled at the same time the centenary of his birth, was an honorary doctorate from the University of Murcia in 1989.
