The Chair is the result of the collaboration of the Spanish Association UCAM Emergency 112, and the European Foundation for Health Research and Education
San Antonio Catholic University of Murcia (UCAM), has signed this afternoon a collaboration agreement with the European Foundation for Health Research and Education (EFHRE), and the Spanish Association of Emergency 112, to the creation of the Research Chair University in Emergency, Emergency, Disaster and Cardioseguridad, notable for its novelty on the European scene.
The agreement was signed by the president of the UCAM, Jose Luis Mendoza, and by the president at the European level EFHRE and president of the Association, Jaime Rodriguez Quintosa.
The agreement has, as its primary objective of the signatory parties, the establishment of partnerships to enhance the generation, assimilation and transfer of knowledge.
This indicates, implementation and joint development of specialized training programs, degrees, Master's, etc., exchange of researchers, the creation or participation in thematic networks, or the creation of scientific-technological observatories, among other things.
The general objectives of the Chair is the supplements provide teaching to students in their final years, to facilitate their access to work under competitive conditions, the holding of seminars, symposia and workshops relating to the contents which are the subject of Chair, or to offer specific teaching professionals from the world of health sciences, whether in person or remotely.
With the end of the Chair, the agreement includes, from the point of view of the research, development and publication of dissertation, the development of R + D + I, or the performance of individual research groups.
As regards teachers, the agreement establishes the organization of courses, seminars and conferences, or graduate studies, master's and doctoral degrees.
Note that this Convention may adhere and incorporate new entities related to the purpose of the Chair.
