The City Council will take over the works of the relocated buildings Zarandona (07/12/2011)

The Governing Board of the City of Murcia has approved the initiation of proceedings to annul the award of two parcels destined for the construction of relocated buildings affected by the Compensation Board Performance Unit VII Zarandona Partial Plan .

The two lots with the buildings that were already half revert to the City Council conduct because the Compensation Board has not complied with the agreements.

The City Council is responsible for the completion of construction of houses.

Work will commence early this year and be completed in late 2012.

The Town Planning, Juan Antonio Bernabé, held a meeting with representatives of affected families to explain the current situation.
