Yehuda Gilad, one of the most important clarinet players on the international scene, directs the II International Clarinet Seminar.
The seminar was held at the hall of the Museum of the University of Murcia (former Artillery Barracks) between days 24 to 28 November.
Gilad clarinet leading the study of the "University of Southern California", where students hold positions in some of the world's leading orchestras.
Yehuda Gilad is also artistic director in "Colburn Schoof of Performing Arts" in Los Angeles, one of the leading schools for young talent in America.
The seminar is aimed at highly skilled professionals interested in the specialty of clarinet, and consists of three meetings of five days each to be held in the months of November 2011, March and May 2012, this being therefore the first academic year 2011-2012.
The activity is organized by the Art Association "PerformArt" and it works the Cultural Service of the University of Murcia.
