A university professor of Jewish history in Jerusalem speaking tomorrow on the University of Murcia (16/11/2011)

On Thursday, November 17, José Ramón Ayaso host a conference entitled "Jerusalem: Near the sky, away from the sea."

José Ramón Ayaso is Professor of History of Israel and the Jewish people at the University of Granada.

His latest book is "Two thousand years of Jewish history. From the Land of Israel and the Diaspora", published in Córdoba in 2010.

The event will take place in the auditorium of the Museum of the University of Murcia (former artillery barracks, street Cartagena), at 19.30 hours, and is part of the lecture series "The Heritage of the Mediterranean: the soul of his cities ", which runs until 15 December.
