Within the context of the Campus of International Excellence Mare Nostrum, the International University of Mar organizes and develops the Summer Courses of the Universities of Murcia and Cartagena Polytechnic.
To promote this activity this year, both universities hold a competition endowed with € 600 for the winner.
This award may be presented to anyone who is a member of these universities during the course of 2011-12.
The initiative aims to point the science and culture, helping to strengthen the idea of ​​Open University, taking advantage of the attractions that our region offers.
Universities of Murcia and Cartagena Polytechnic try to contribute to society and selected a large proposal for activities to address issues framed in all areas of knowledge, spread over several sites, the latest edition reached number twenty-one.
Courses include leisure and free time with the analysis, debate and reflection on current issues that involve the exchange of information and opinions.
Projects may be submitted until December 9, and the criteria evaluators attend to originality, artistic quality, and transmission of the spirit of the International University Campus Mar-Mare Nostrum.
