The Vice President for Research and Excellence Campus of the University of Murcia involved these days in the Conference on Research in Spanish Universities, whose theme in this edition is aimed at the internationalization of these and the recently approved Law on Science, Technology and Innovation.
This meeting of the Commission Sector R & D of CRUE (Conference of Rectors of Spanish Universities), which this year takes place in the city of Málaga, come every year the heads of Spanish university research: the Vice Chancellors of Research, along with the heads of TTO (Office of Research Results Transfer) and UGI Unit (Research Management).
The rapprochement between those responsible for university R & D is, on the one hand, the opportunity to learn first hand about the guidelines and programs that develop the country's scientific policy, and secondly, the necessary forum for discussion, sharing problems and making proposals to improve research and knowledge transfer in college.
The University of Murcia was the Organizing Committee of the Conference which took place in Murcia in 2008.
