The Catholic University San Antonio (UCAM) and the International Network University System of Azteca (Mexico) signed at the Monastery of Jeronimos, a bilateral agreement with several professors of Austrian universities for the teaching in German and English from two programs novel: Online Master in Business Administration (e-MBA) and Master in Coaching Online, on campus has the Mexican institution in Innsbruck (Austria).
The programs are taught entirely in English and German, and will have online support Moodle tool and tutorial assistance to faculty Austrian and German universities.
The contract document was signed by the president of the UCAM, Jose Luis Mendoza, and the dean of European Programmes at the University Azteca in Austria, Gerhard Berthold.

Training is channeled by a triple alliance between the University of Mexico Azteca, the UCAM and Austrian teachers and entrepreneurs interested in business education online.
The added value of the program is the interaction of nations and the wealth of the students who comprise these two programs Online MBA Online Masters in Coaching, which will enhance and build the infrastructure of online support for universities.
Online MBA Bilingual
The main program of the collaboration is the Online MBA consists of 72 ECTS credits of which 60 will go to a supported training in areas such as Corporate Governance, Innovation Management, International Marketing, Business Ethics, among others, while 12 credits are destinarána Final Master's Thesis.
The goal is to provide a formative approach to international business faculty from three countries: Austria, Spain and Mexico.
The program will consist of about 50 Austrian students also will be able to stay in Spain or Mexico during the implementation of the Master, and may combine work with graduate business education.
The program coordinator, Gonzalo Wandosell positively praised the establishment of this partnership between the University UCAM and Azteca, "which consolidates and strengthens the internationalization strategy of the University", and stressed that both institutions based on converging values ​​its mission as training integral values, high academic professionals able to promote positive environment in which they live.
Coaching training to enhance leadership:
The other graduate programs focus on training in Coaching and Psychology especialzada the company.
72 ECTS credits will also be understood that in matters ocmo Applied Coaching, Psyche, kinesiology, Organizational Psichology, Conflict Management, Communication Systems, among others.
The co-director of the Program will be Prof.Karl Nielsen, President of the International Association of Institutes of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), with support from the Department of Business Administration from the UCAM and Psychology at the University dep.de Azteca.
Future potential developments: training doctoral
For his part, Professor Gerhard Berthold, expressed his satisfaction regarding the realization of this framework of joint cooperation between both universities, said that this will contribute to form larger systems and complementary learning and highlighted between future joint projects to be developed by from both universities, the establishment of an inter-university doctoral program, which would be provided in English, Castilian and German.
