With an almost full Circus Theatre began operations on Tuesday, October 11 at the Teatro Circo, the new Hall of Flamenco at the University of Murcia, coordinated by Professor Manuel Tovar.
Was responsible for starting Curro Piñana which featured a concert accompanied on guitar by Francis Turner.

The presentation ceremony was presided by the Rector, José Antonio Cobacho, who had words of appreciation to former directors of the Hall of Flamenco at the University of Murcia, and expressed his belief that the stage is now opening "will be full of events interesting for this art form. "
The Hall of Flamenco was born with the intention of promoting the incorporation of this art studies at the university teaching and research to promote flamenco.
