IU-Greens question the grounds that New Condomina had to return to City Hall (11/10/2011)

IU-Greens has requested information from the Heritage council, Cosme Ruiz, on almost 58,000 square meters of land 'New Developments Condomina' has given the council as a result of the Supreme Court decision which recognized that it had not been computed on 10 percent of the public sale.

The IU-Greens spokesman on the council of the capital, Esther Herguedas has indicated that the purpose of your application is to know whether they have complied with the terms of this ruling, forcing the company owned by Jesus Samper to deliver nearly 40,000 meters square residential land and about 18,000 dotacional ground.

Herguedas, who explained that the ground "must be given to all urbanized and services," has asked the council to identify these areas with its reference cadastral registration and report of the municipal urban classification they belong.
