The City will work closely with the pleasures to take forward the project of building a new food market, this time located in the north.
This was announced this morning the Mayor, Miguel Ángel Cámara, after the meeting he had with the president of the Federation of Municipal Markets, Mariano Blaya, the presence of the Councillor for Employment, Trade and Enterprise, José María Tortosa.
Under the bill explained Blaya, the goal is to create the new facility in co-op.
With the ability to establish 45 posts for food and related businesses, the proposal would also include the incorporation of childcare, hairdressers, showroom, training room, ready meals and catering business.
The hours would be 9 to 22 pm, Monday through Saturday, except hospitality venues.
One of the sites suitable for the food market would be a parcel located between the Avenida Juan de Borbon and streets Nuestra Senora de Atocha and Journalist Encarna Sanchez.
If carried out the project, it would be the ninth Murcia municipal market, along with those in Veronicas, Saavedra Fajardo, El Carmen, San Andres, Vistabella, Espinardo, La Alberca and Cabeza de Torres.
